Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates are as follows:
- $14.50 per box (1 pair of shoes)
- Add $5.00 for a second pair in the same shipment
- $17.50 per pair of boots
Processing & Delivery
- In-stock items are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 3 business days after shipping.
- If your item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss estimated delivery time or alternative options.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on new, unworn shoes within 15 days of purchase for exchange only, under the following conditions:
- Shoes must be in original condition — no scuffs, scratches, dirt, or signs of wear.
- Shoes must be returned in the original box. A $10 fee will be charged for damaged or missing boxes.
To avoid damage, we strongly recommend trying shoes on a clean, soft surface only.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
You must contact us for authorization before sending any items back:
Once authorized, you will receive a return form and a payment link to cover shipping if you are exchanging your shoes.
Customer Responsibilities
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- A shipping fee will apply for sending an exchange item.
- Custom-made specialty shoes are final sale and non-refundable.
